About the Collections
The CSUDH Digital Collection was funded in part by a grant from the Associated Students, Inc., the representative body of students at CSUDH. Preliminary work was completed during the Early Los Angeles/Rancho San Pedro Processing Project, funded by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.
Future collections will include:
- Rancho San Pedro Collection: Photographs, drawings, and documents from the extended Dominguez family, original owners of the Rancho San Pedro.
- 1910 Los Angeles International Aviation Meet Research Collection: Photographs, documents, and ephemera from and related to America's first international air meet, held on Dominguez Hill.
- Del Amo Foundation Collection: Photographs from the Del Amo Foundation and family, including the Fundacion Del Amo and Colegio Jaime Del Amo buildings in Madrid, Spain, and the Claretian Seminary on the grounds of the original Rancho San Pedro adobe.
- California State University, Dominguez Hills Photograph Collection: Including photographs of the Watt Campus; visiting dignitaries and celebrities; campus construction; and student activities.

Images are provided for non profit and educational purposes, such as research, teaching, and private study. For these limited purposes, one may reproduce (print, download, or make copies) these materials without prior permission. For permission to use a particular item for other purposes, including commercial purposes and publication, you MUST obtain prior written permission from the the CSUDH Archives as owner of the physical item and copyright. In instances when copyright ownership is not clear it is the responsibility of the researcher to obtain copyright permission.
